Spooky songwriter Martha Skye Murphy has enticed our eardrums on numerous occasions. Having recently appeared on Squid's gargantuan 'Narrator', Murphy has returned with an uncanny new single. Produced by fellow TMR favourite Ethan P. Flynn, 'Found Out' occupies an eerie, almost futuristic space. Using her voice to explore uncharted sonic territory, dystopian sound effects ripple over glimmering acoustic guitar picks that support Skye's experimental delivery style. Arguably making reference to Julia Kristeva's Powers of Horror, Skye explains: “The voice is abject; it comes from within the body, it is delivered by the mouth,  heard outside our anatomy, taken back in through the ear and felt as a vibration. The voice can trigger, titillate, stimulate, induce false memories of the past and desires for the future.
